PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How ordering will work.
The choices matter. So does everything that happens after them.
Supplier selection is in progress. When ordering opens, a production partner will make, pack and ship the cushions. Here are the details we plan to keep clear along the way.

FROM THE FINAL DETAILS TO YOUR DOOR
A cushion journey,
with the details in view.
- 01
A clear specification
Dimensions, fabric, filling, style and quantities belong together. A photo gives context; the agreed measurements define the fit.
- 02
Future production
Once a partner is confirmed and ordering opens, the partner will handle cushion production. Available fabrics, construction choices and timing will be confirmed before an order can be placed.
- 03
Packed and dispatched
When ordering opens, the confirmed partner will handle packing and dispatch. Shipment contents and delivery details will be supplied for each order.
- 04
The arrival at home
When cushions arrive, check the parcel, count the pieces and compare them with the order. Keep the packaging while you check everything over.
SAM’S PRACTICAL TAKE
The useful question is:
what happens next?
Making time and time in transit are two different things. When comparing an order, look for both, along with the delivery destination, shipping cost and a clear route for help.
For anything damaged or different from the order, take photographs and keep the order reference handy. Those details make the issue easier to explain.

Clear terms before you order.
Returns, cancellations and remakes will be set out in the order terms before ordering opens. No return window or remake promise has been set. Your quote and order terms will explain the available options before you commit.
Check every measurement and construction choice before approving your specification. For a question about a planned project, ask Sam.
